About Flower Lab Design
Our Purpose:
Flowers help elevate life's highs and bring comfort during the lows; I created Flower Lab Design because everyone deserves beauty in their lives. FLD's mission is simple: to provide delight through thoughtfully-designed, high-quality flowers at reasonable prices. We deliver lush, modern florals for microweddings, elopements, special milestones, residential/business subscription orders, corporate gifting, and those just-because moments.
Area Served:
We deliver bouquets and arrangements within San Francisco, San Bruno, and Daly City. For weddings, we serve the entire San Francisco Bay Area.
Delivery Policy:
A local delivery fee of $25 will be added to each order delivery address.
It is best to place your order at least 1-2 days ahead of time to ensure we are able to deliver on your requested delivery date.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to deliver on Sundays and Mondays. Please plan ahead and place your delivery order for the day before, if necessary.
At this time, all orders are are hand-delivered by our team. We do not use third parties to ship orders.
Return Policy:
Cut flowers are perishable from the moment they're cut from the living plant and are subject to variable conditions such as weather, placement, air quality, watering, and general care. Due to the perishable nature of cut floral product, and all the factors and variable conditions that affect lifespan, we’re unable to accept returns.
We want you to have a delightful experience! If you're unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll propose a solution to make it right.
